Your goal on every track is simple: reach the finish line as quickly as possible without wiping out. The bike reacts to physics, so speed, lean and landing angle all matter. Hit a ramp too slowly and you fall short of the next platform; land on your rider's head and the run is over.

Controls

• Up Arrow or W: accelerate.
• Down Arrow or S: brake or slow down.
• Left Arrow or A: lean back. Hold it in the air to do a backflip.
• Right Arrow or D: lean forward. Hold it in the air to do a front flip.

Stars and Target Times

Every level has a target time. Finish under it to collect all three stars, or come in slower for one or two. Each full flip you land cleanly takes time off your final clock, so a rider who flips on every jump can beat a rider who simply goes faster on the ground.

Unlocking New Bikes

Stars are the currency of the game. Spend them in the garage to unlock new bikes with different looks, which gives you a reason to go back and turn your one-star runs into three-star runs.

Tips to Ride Faster

• Land on both wheels. A clean landing keeps your speed, while landing nose-first or on your rider usually ends the run.
• Flip on long jumps only. Big air gives you time to finish a full rotation. Starting a flip on a small hop is the most common way to crash.
• Use checkpoints to learn a level. When a section keeps beating you, practice it from the nearest checkpoint, then replay the whole level for a clean time.
• Do not hold the throttle on every drop. Some traps, like falling platforms and swinging hazards, need you to wait half a beat before you go.
• Replay early levels later. Once you have better timing, the three-star targets on the first levels become easy wins for extra bikes.
