Escape Road 2 picks up where the first game left off: a bank job has gone wrong and the whole city is after you. You still drive a getaway car that never stops moving, but this time the car is not your only way out. You can jump out, steal another vehicle from traffic, run on foot or dive into the water when the police close in.
The goal has not changed. There is no finish line, only a timer and a wanted level that keeps climbing. Your score grows with every second you survive, every drift you pull off and every escape you make.
How to Play Escape Road 2
Steer through the streets and keep the police behind you. Your car moves forward on its own, so focus on the turns, the gaps in traffic and the next place to hide. When your car is about to give out, stop thinking about it and take a new one.
On Foot and in the Water
Leaving your car is the biggest change in this sequel. On foot an arrow points you to the nearest car you can take. You can also run and swim, including underwater, when you are cornered. You have three lives on foot, and each bullet or knockdown costs one. In a car you have a single life, so a bad crash still ends the run.
Wanted Level
The first game stopped at five stars. Escape Road 2 keeps going past that, so the chase gets harder the longer you last. Police on foot open fire, helicopters join at higher levels, and running over officers pushes your wanted level up faster.
New Places to Explore
The city is bigger and has more to see, including a graveyard, a funfair, a racetrack with F1 cars and a neighborhood of luxury houses with cars parked in the driveways. Each area gives you new routes and new cars to grab.
Unlocking Cars
