The most important objective of the game is to get the ball into the goal that your opponent has placed for themselves. It has been decided that the first meeting will take place in the middle of the court. During the pregame formation, the referee will toss the ball into the air before handing it over. This will take place as the two teams continue to face each other. Each player on each team takes turns attempting to catch the ball and either kick it or throw it into the goal of the team that is competing against them. Be sure to keep the ball within the boundaries of the court if you are kicking or tossing it in any direction. Despite the fact that it is permissible for players to run with the ball, they are only permitted to take three steps before being required to either kick or toss it from their feet.
